This season has seen the ultimate fashion tech launch with
the release of Karl Largerfeld’s Chanel Headphones. The headphones actually had
its first appearance back at the A/W 14 shows where Chanel put on a spectacular
supermarket inspired catwalk show.
To leisurely spend £4,170 on pair of headphones means you
are incredibly rich or desperately stupid. I mean who wouldn’t want a pair of
Chanel headphones, even if you don’t listen to music all that often, the
headphones rested around the neck would be enough to make that fashion statement.
The headphones are super chic and I’m sure most fashionista’s would love to
debut a pair a fall shows which are around the corner. As nice as the quilted
black leather headphones are with Chanel’s signature logo on the outside of the
ear pad, these are one of the many
luxury items most of us can never have.
We all know if your gona shop at Chanel you will quickly
burn a hole in your back pocket, but I guess the price is justified by the quality
in craftsmanship (designer) and the sound quality they have. Chanel actually
teamed up with tech giant’s monster to release this luxe design. Monster are no
strangers when it comes to making headphones, they in fact used to manufacture ‘Dr
Dre Beats’ which is known as one of the best quality headphones you can buy,
they are so in demand that Apple earlier
this year bought the company for a staggering
3bn.
What do you think to the Chanel headphones? Well… they come
with a little bag at least!
