A group of university students from
the Royal College of Art in London have put their minds together to create a
unique and revolutionary invention that looks as though it’s strait out of a
Marvel Comic strip. The ‘Eidos’ Mask is a futuristic looking white mask which
acts as an extension of your face, it’s aim is to enhance the senses of the
masks wearer.
The mask allows the wearer to hear
targeted sounds from long distance, eliminate background noise and visualise
data amongst other things. The masks are not only fantastic for use by the
elderly to help them keep their senses sharp but on a more superficial level it
is fantastic for giving you the upper hand in competitive sports or hearing
perfectly at a concert.
